This place doesn't deserve a single star. Don't even bother to contact them. We moved in and have had a few issues that have not been resolved. They will lie and say they will take care of it. It's been 7 months and we are still waiting for them to fix each problem. Horrible dishonest company!

My Condo was recently sold in May, I was very pleasantly surprised as to how fast it was sold. I definitely encourage anyone wanting to sell their property to go to Selva's Realty, they are very, very nice, Selva is a sweetheart and along with Maria. Thank you very much for helping me sell my place fast. I definitely, and highly recommend to go to Selva's Realty.
