We drastically needed a change of management for many reasons. Owners were upset about certain things in the building and how it was run. We changed over the board and researched and interviewed four management companies. Each had their positives. Knowing what we needed, the new board found that Vladimir and America's Community Management were best to fill our needs. That is saying a lot as the other companies were stellar as well. Rising above the other premier companies is a big thing. Our financial system (HOA dues, Invoices) became almost 100% digital and owners are loving the system and ability to see their and the building's financials on line. One of our goals was to be completely transparent for all of us in the building. Vladimir and ACM helped us achieve that. The changeover was quick and everyone was online within a couple of weeks. Unfinished repairs were addressed quickly and we set schedules to get them done. Zoom meetings are easily set with Vendors by Vlad. He gives us complete confidence as his obvious knowledge of building management. He is easily accessible to all owners and for that alone have gotten positive feedback from other owners. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our choice to go with America's Community Management and having Vladimir Diaz manage Edgewater Beach Towers.
