Benchmark Mortgage - Mark Alexander

I recently bought my first house in December! We started off with another lender and we were not happy with their attentiveness. We had a lot of questions and just werent getting the answers we needed. So Mark was recommended to us by our realtor. Right from the start Mark set up a meeting to answer any questions we had before agreeing to work with him. He was patient and thorough. He explained the process, our options, and was there every step of the way. There was hiccup halfway through the closing period and Mark helped us get through it. He always answered our questions (even when we asked the same ones over and over again because there were several family members involved in the purchase)! We were able to close in time thanks to his diligence. I highly recommend him!

Mark and the Team at Benchmark were fantastic to work with! He had not only me, but my sister in law and mother asking millions of questions (it was a family purchase!) and never once got frustrated with answering them, even if they may have been asked a time or two before. He was thorough and ended up savings us thousands of dollars with a new program that was just released for multi-family properties! Even with a slight hiccup arising only 4 days before closing, he got us thru it and we closed on time. Thank you Mark and team!
