        Very unprofessional no one knows what is going on and everyone is a different page. I couldnt receive a simple appointment by phone. Its horrible the service.

        Don't waste your time, this place changes your appointment date last minute to whatever day they feel like and doesn't even let you know they changed it. I only found out because I called about something else.

        I left the impatient rehab because of poor COVID safety practices. The my process seemed to have given up on me and just faded out too close my case.
