Quest Diagnostics - Closed

I went for blood work in February and Kim was my Phlebotomist! As she was taking me back I told her I was a hard stick so she volunteered to draw my blood. For the first time I didnt have hematomas.(black & blue) over both of my arms! She was confident, professional and friendly!

By having an appointment everything went like clock work...all seems helpful once my name was call, I was out in a timely fashion..

I was a little worried, going to this appointment because of the reviews that I read. However, I had one of the best experiences at Quest Diagnostics this morning. Siria was the one that did my blood work. She was very nice, patient, and made sure that she did not just quickly try and do bloodwork until she knew that she had a good vein. Usually, it takes over an hour to do my bloodwork because they cant find a good vein. Siria took her time and when she knew she had a good vein, she got my blood right away. Thank you Siria! I wish all phlebotomist were this good, nice and patient.

0 stars, worst quest diagnostics ever. Made an appointment online because they have no one to answer the phone. Walked in on time. There is no receptionist at the front desk to give instructions. I sign in at kiosk enter my appointment code and then it asks if you want to wait outside and get a call/text or wait inside. I selected call/text. Then I am standing right outside the door because it was extremely crowded inside and no one calls. An hour later I ask if I am online and they say we called you. No call or text was made to me. They then tell me I can resign in as a walk in. There was a guy sitting there for 3.5 hours. 0 customer service. I dont know how this place is in business. If you like wasting your time, fasting and then not being admitted then book here if not then try somewhere else
