Bought a ring, paid $100 for warranty and sizing and then got the wrong size, no problem, Robin took care of me for another resize with no charge , but when I get the ring its a tiny bit loose on me and it was supposed to be the size of my finger (size 9). I went to another jeweler and turns out it was size 9 1/4 and they said you can visibly see how bad of a job was done at the bottom of the ring. That must explain why it was a tiny bit loose because it wasnt my size, so I basically paid $100 for a bad resize job and warranty, now Im paying yet another $100 to get it resized again which is totally out of my budget

I bought my fiancs wedding band here on Black Friday and got an amazing deal. I also bought myself some gold heart diamond studs which are beautiful. They have great merchandise and at reasonable prices. The staff is always so helpful :) thank you!

I haven't shopped at a mall in a while and I've only just returned to south Florida for work. Like most, I've done a lot of shopping online the last few years and have become unaccustomed with face to face customer service. I had a decent shopping trip at the Broward Mall right up until I decided to stop at this shop. A sign for a sale on cheap watches drew me in there Denise was behind the counter, shoes and socks off asking me to give her a minute. I did and looked around. When she finally came over I asked for something specific and she proceeded to show me what was in stock. After looking at the watches on sale I saw something that was on my shopping list and asked to see it. After quoting a price high above retail (I know because I've wanted this watch for about a year now) I checked my account and figured I'd be a little short until this afternoon. Denise suggested "layaway". I get it, times are tough so the consideration was appreciated but I really wanted the watch. It seems trivial but I could spare it. What made this a bad experience was when I told her I would be back this afternoon, she gave me the whole " If I had a penny for everyone that said that I'd be rich". I was in the process of looking up the MSRP on the watch and thought " I wonder why that is." Anyway, I went to Palm Beach to pick up the money I needed and stopped by brandsmart on the way. I found the Invicta I had originally gone into the shop looking for and for about $40 less then Denise wanted but when I went back to the mall, Kay jewelers had the same citizen watch for less. And they finance like a real store does. Got an extra 10% off for paying cash. JJ Jewelers felt like a pawn shop and the watch I tried on there did not feel like the watch I bought from Kay. I know retail has to be slow right now but the customer service is more important than ever. Their 1 year anniversary is next weekend and they've planned a big sale so I am not saying I'll never go back but I won't be expecting anything better than this.
