I bought a pair of diamond stud earrings, one of the diamonds already fell out. After seeing how their business practices are I cant say Im surprised. Where theres smoke, theres fire and they asked me to pay in cash, apple pay or cashapp. They are not a reputable business and the young man working there is the one running scams. Its OBVIOUS, after i had the same gut feeling.

I use to do business with s&b until the watch i bought was valued 1k less than its value. Crooks that changed their number and didnt inform loyal customers

Nothing but trouble from this company. They took my money and blocked me afterward. Im one of many people and hope criminal charges are pursued by those located in Florida. Do not use any transactions with them unless you like being lied to. The most unprofessional group of people. Im in high school and I worked for 12 weeks to purchase a watch and some Gucci flip flops, it was all a lie. Bait and switch!
