        My 80 year old mothers condo flooded, due to a water heater leak 2 floors above her. I called Teresa on a Sunday morning and within hours she had someone at the condo cleaning up and by the next day had paperwork in to our insurance company. When the insurance company came back with a very low offer, Teresa was amazing at the mediation and got us the coverage we needed. Thank you to Teresa and Don, you definitely are gifted at what you do!
