        Good price on the policy, horrible customer service, they don't answer the phones after gaining your business. On top of that my policy requested extra docs, which were sent January 2, 2024 and confirmed by the agent that it was received and sent to the insurance company that same day. February 7, 2024, I got a check on my mail and a letter stating that my insurance policy was canceled for not providing the docs requested. Consequences... penalties with my mortgage company and a insurance policy that is 3 times the amount I had before, for not having "prior insurance". Good job Dominique Kinchelow, you destroyed my 2024 already, and all the plans I had with my family. I hope you really enjoyed your commission and that it served you well for you and your family.
