Love the store but the girl that just answered the phone was RUDE for the get ! If you dont like your job dont hold back GET OUT !

Winn Dixie is my place for my last minute baking supplies and has been for years. I live less than 5 minutes away so its easy to catch them at night before closing. Over the 30 years Ive been in this neighborhood Ive noticed the demographics change. I want to give my professional warning, as an executive assistant of a well known thriving franchise and a regular at your store. There will be more black and brown people shopping in this area, so its best to hire less racist. I can foresee your store having problems because management/staff come off as extremely discriminatory. Obviously Im not the first, per Sams review. I find it easy to ignore the manager cause she knows how to be subtle plus I know some of her hate stems from misery of never having any time off but that eventually trickles down to your not as professional staff members. It was extremely obvious this morning when I was in there. Just wanted to let it be know that it is OBVIOUS and its better to do something about it now than to come across someone that has the same hate in their heart as you. Or worse no one wants to shop with you and you have to shut down and rebrand again. Groceries are not cheap anymore, really nothing is. Customer service goes a long way in these inflated times and it should be extended to everyone. Even those who may not look like you.
