SERIOUS WARNING about VIP Construction Services, Antonio Romano and Robert Coggins :  I'm Jim Balistreri of Balistreri Real Estate since 1964 with my cell 754-235-7012... please call and I will share nightmare.Beware of this firm and these people as they are some of the MOST DISHONEST "people" and they have NOT finished my job that started in FEBRUARY 2019; in over over 34 months the work is still not complete which should of been completed in 6 months.I have paid VIP over 100% of contracted amount AND I had to hire professionals to complete some of the work as VIP refused to complete the work.  Please call my cell and I will share the horror of VIP Construction Services, Antonio Romano and Robert Coggins of South Florida.A case I filed with the Construction Industry Licensing Board is not pending waiting for a hearing with the lead attorney Ian Brown in Tallahassee, FL.

Please do not make the same mistake I did by hiring Robert Coggins "owner" of VIP construction services. He has no issues taking your money and making promises he can't or won't keep. A job that should have taken 1 month max took almost two years.  Now, there's  a leak, he doesn't show up to make good on his promise of repairing his work and to top it of I called the city and found out Rob's work on my property never passed plumbing or electrical permits. If you do research you will find that after bad reviews and disputes pile up he shuts down and opens up under another name. Huge mistake using this company or doing business with the owner.My bad, never again!

Wow...I can't believe Robert Coggins found another company (previous Outdoor Luxury Design) to scam people from.   If you are thinking about doing business with this guy, DO NOT!  He knows how to play the game and you will REGRET IT BIGTIME!

This is the worst company to ever work with. Rob started on my pool and decking and never came back to finish my decking. we thought the pool was finished, but it has a leak so the pool water won't stay in the pool. $300 in monthly water bills later from trying to refill the pool, we just gave up. Do NOT work with this company. He's unprofessional, untimely, and doesn't deliver on his promise. He also failed several inspections and never fixed them.
