We had a great experience at the Plantation, FL store. Vinny and Dina could not have treated us any better. From the moment we walked in the door, to trying the various chairs, landing on a final price, ordering and taking delivery - every step of the way was professional and courteous. We were provided tracking information so that we could see our chairs travel from California to Florida. We were very pleased with the in-home setup. The delivery guys are just as professional as the folks who are in the store at the point of sale. Highly recommend. We went with the Human Touch Gravis chair and are very happy.
