This company is the worst. They are thieves and need to be investigated! I lived in one of their properties which was roach infested, but they didn't warn me of this infestation prior to moving in, even after I asked the managers did the building have a pest control problem. They wanted to charge me to have the handy man come and fix any issue that I called about. After moving out and my 1 year lease ended, they then took my deposit and I wasn't able to get in contact with anyone from their office. They charged me 2,150 dollars for painting according to them that's how much it cost to repaint the unit. The unit was given back to them in good condition and with normal wear and tear and I have asked for proof of the claims that they have made against my security deposit and I haven't heard from anyone. They are thieves! They gave me a dirty apartment when I moved in which I have pictures to prove it. Also I moved out and cleaned their whole unit before I left, but yet they claim they have to charge me 200 dollars for a cleaning fee. They basically charged me a month's rent to cover their expenses due to me moving and them not having another tenant to move in right away. I spoke to several painting companies to ask for quotes and 2,150 dollars is alot for repainting from what they told me. This company is the worst! I pray someone shuts them down soon!!!! You reap what you sow.
