I enrolled in NFPT workshop. Overall the experience was great! The workshop was very informative and the instructor was very knowledgeable. I learnt a lot about the physiology and science backed exercises during the 2 day workshop. I highly recommend this workshop to those who want to deepen their knowledge on exercises and the correct forms of different exercises.

I enrolled in the workshop for the NFPT-CPT (personal trainer certification) and it was great! The instructor kept our attention and made the class very interesting. I would recommend to anyone hoping to pass the exam and get in person instruction.

Very informative class. The instructor is very knowledgeable and explains the material in an easy way. I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to be a personal trainer or to just learn more about the fitness world.

Workshop was worth it. It was outstanding. Instructor was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot . Two days were full of learning with simple techniques , but effective deep knowledge about muscles and a lot.
I will highly recommend everyone to join this workshop

This was an amazing experience well worth the cost! Our instructor Mark, was very knowledgable and I left the workshop inspired to become a great personal trainer. He made the content interesting and relatable. I can confidently say that I was able to ask all of my questions and left understanding the answers. He made sure that everyone understood and he was willing to explain as many times as we needed him to. It was such a great experience and I didn't want it to end. I am excited to continue this new journey.
