        To be on hold almost two hours is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Trying to get an information on a replacement debit card should NOT TAKE THIS LONG.

        I visited this branch last week and the customer service just was not there at all. No greeting when you walked in no smile or customer engagement from the clerk just dry and bye
