All County Air Conditioning Repair

I called for a second opinion/estimate and Joe immediately tried helping by troubleshooting on the phone, then offered to stop by-arrived 20 minutes later. He was thorough and patient, explaining everything as he diagnosed the problem, confirming the first opinion. Unfortunately he doesnt do installs anymore but he recommended a another company that installed his own AC! All of this free of charge, hes awesome.

We've used Joe at All County Air Conditioning Repair for years. He always immediately answers the phone and promptly responds. He does a fantastic job of troubleshooting and trying to fix the problem before resorting to ordering expensive new parts to replace older parts that could still be used. He also always gives helpful advice on AC upkeep and maintenance, so you don't need repairs as often! I can't imagine using anyone else for AC repair.

I googled a/c technicians and of course a list pops up, I could have sworn I clicked on a company in Pembroke Pines/Hollywood being thats where I live he answers asks a couple questions but then mentions he wouldnt be able to make it to me because he is located in Plantation so I was somewhat confused at first. Nonetheless, he walked me though step by step over the phone to try and fix it. Had me send pictures so he could see what equipment I had, would review them then call me back and proceed to walk me through what to do. Told me to call him back 2 hours later to then finish the steps and see if it resolved the issue and it all actually worked!!! My A/C is now working!!! When asking him how I could pay him, he refused to accept payment. He actually said a line that I always use which is what you put out is what you receive!!! Him walking me through everything wasnt just a quick 5 minute call, overall I would say it was about 35-45 minutes collectively of his TIME to help me. The fact that I even clicked on a business in a different city, not realizing it, getting him to assist me and solve my problem speaks volumes for his passion of what he does. Joe & All County are simply fantastic. To put this into words, Joe answered my frantic phone call in the middle of the night when my AC stopped working. I had called a number of other companies, and not a single other one took my call. Joe did. He then came out and fixed my AC unit, and did so in a professional, polite, and engaging manner. It was such a pleasure to speak with Joe and get to know him. He truly is one of a kind, and has a great outlook on his work and life in general. After this experience with Joe & All County, I can't imagine using anyone else ever again. Whenever I have an AC issue in the future, Joe will be my one and only call.
