I recently had an accidental overflow in my apartment and contacted Puro Clean for help with the cleanup. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service! The team was highly responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also communicated clearly with my insurance company, which made everything much easier for me. Their work was extensive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was cleaned up properly. Though I hope to not need their services again, I would not hesitate to call Puro Clean if required. They did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had a leak at our showers hot water supply in the wall. Not knowing how long it had been leaking cause a lot of damage to the floor and wall. We contacted PuroClean in Plant City and Stephen came out and confirmed we indeed had water damage and worked up a price. Luis and his team (Aaron and his brother) came to do the demolition and mold cleaning. Once they where finished we proceeded to the mold and air quality test and passed. Sean and his team (Aaron from demolition) rebuilt the bathroom and did a awesome job. I would highly recommend PuroClean if you have any water/moisture issues.

Nice dudes, got the job done very well. Very nice paint jobs and even removed our popcorn ceiling, re-textured, and painted. It ended up covering up a patch from when a worker put his foot through our roof last year too, so that's a plus!

I did not end up using this service since I had a very small area impacted by moisture on my wall caused by my AC leaking Freon. Fortunately, we are able to solve the problem with a large dehumidifier. However, in the future if I need help with any larger restoration issues I would call PuroClean. I called and a technician was able to come out ASAP. Edgardo did an excellent job explaining where the moisture was and how to mitigate mold.
