Walden Lake Animal Clinic

My 5yr old grand dog was recently seen by another vet and wasnt getting better. I contacted another vet for a 2nd opinion and they were unable to see him but I was able to get into Walden Lake. I am so thankful that I did. They have been extremely professional, empathetic and awareness to my situation with what I had already paid to another vet. Most importantly they explained everything to me. I greatly appreciate their kindness and highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future for both my grand dogs. Thank you!

My puppy is in very bad condition it's 930 pm and the guy tells me 106 to be seen but there is an emergency service fee puts me on hold comes back tells me it's gonna be 225 with the fee. I will be reporting this business to whoever I can my dog is going to die because of greed thanks doc

Horrible customer service. They seemed bothered that we had an emergency. I will never consider this place again. Rather drive to Lakeland or Brandon than give this place my business.

I moved here from the midwest. I have a dog that is not cooperative with grooming. I had to call so many places before getting anyone to take him. In the meantime his ears got worse. They took him the same week I called. He hasn't looked this clean in a long time. Very grateful. Dr. Bailey took the time to show me how to clean his ears and deal with his behaviors.
