Padgett Swann Machinery Co used Whitt's Septic Service today and Mr. Menendez and his helper were very professional and pleasant. He was quick to help me with the 2nd spectic tank pump on the spot. They were on time and very quick and efficient. I would recommend them heads up. Jennifer in the office was very pleasant and made sure to get everything set up for me efficiently.

We have used Whitt's Septic Service for our current home and our last home (for at least the past 10 years). We just had them come out to do our routine septic tank pumping . Louis was our technician . Every time Louis comes out, he is on time, professional and very friendly. I would 100% recommend Whitt's to anyone looking for any type of service that they offer. Great , reputable company.

Someone was supposed to come back and check leach bed. They cleaned out the septic tank two weeks ago and it is gurgling and spilling out in the yard. They were a no show for an appointment on Wednesday and my husband has called and left messages but no response

Matt, Joel and Louis did a really nice job replacing my septic drain field which had failed due to tree root blockage. We worked together to figure out a new configuration that would be less likely to have tree root problems. The team worked to do minimum damage to my gardens and flower beds. When the job was completed they did a good job regrading the disturbed areas. All the worked was properly permitted and inspected. The price came out at the estimated price. I can highly recommend their company and will use them again if the need arises.
