        Our water lines were clogged and when I called Freddie to tell him about what was happening, he asked if we had a water softener. We do have a water softener and he initially tried to walk me through the process of bypassing it because it was late on a Thursday afternoon. As I was talking to Freddie on the phone, he could hear the panic in my voice as I was unable to bypass it due to the lever being corroded. He immediately sent out Trey and Kevin and they were here within the hour and removed the softener, capped it off, and restored the water flow. Trey and Kevin were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Freddie Mullis Plumbing. Services: Drain cleaning, Faucet repair
