La Michoacana Natural - Plant City

I love this place but it is not fair that the employees start to close early when online it says that the place closes at 9. I got there at 8:37 and they were not trying to take my order. This is the 2nd time that this happens.

I WAS a very loyal customer. I loved this place before the it started to change. In a previous experience the girls working were very rude. They didnt pay attention to the order the guest came in. The girls hair was dripping into the other ice creams when they reached down which is very unsanitary. They workers couldnt get off their phones to pay attention if customers were paying, after the customers clearly just paid. Also I just tried to get into this place at 8:39 and the workers didnt let us in because they were closed when they clearly close at 9. I was just trying to get one item and they still didnt let me in.

They had a wide selection of ice creams and fresh fruit sorbets in exotic flavors that aren't easy to find
