Perfect place if you want an optometrist appointment a month out and then the optometrist cancels so you have to wait another month to be seen. Then when you do get seen your glasses take another month to come in. I've been told 1 or 2 weeks now it's 2 to 3. It's week 3 going on 4. I just wanna see lol.

Amazing staff. Very professional and friendly they worked with me with the scheduling and they were very understanding. I have many things to do but doctor sehgal and Ms Kelly made sure to make my experience the best . Thank you doctor sehgal and your teem for being caring and professional and for taking the time to listen to your patient's and for making sure everything is not only good but great with no pain.

Ive had it with so many things of this location!! First they never explain to you what you have on your labs, I had to wait one hour on the phone just to have some questions answered !! They already referred to me doctors that I didnt want, not all doctors are lame, but a few dont know how to talk to you!! Even if you have insurance !! I had a bill of a lab coming to my house that the amount is so ridiculous I dont know why they even bother to send it to me !! When I never paid for labs !! They dont ask you which labs you want, with which lab center you want to do it with!! They dont explain much about whats happening youre always on the blunt !! One time I was w my baby w me and the doctor wa saying I had a malign cancer when in reality I didnt !! Very inconsiderate !! You wait hours in the phone to get moody nurses that are dying to hang up on you and not help !! IVE HAD ENOUGH W THIS LOCATION !! They treat you like youre a lab rat thats all !! They dont even ask what they put in your records!! They posted when I was pregnant that I had a lot of issues that I already knew I had !! Its a nightmare to go to this location and Im going to try another place !! Im done !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude and condescending staff members. No customer service or compassion at all. Very sad considering they are supposed to care for patients. The dental front desk staff should not be working with the public. The supervisor is just as bad. unfortunately.
