Never again. Every time I drop off I regret doing it. It feels like the price goes up every time I do. I just picked up 3 pants and 4 shirts. The cost almost $42.00. I was dropping off 12 shirts and 4 pair of pants. It was going to cost over $80.00. Well, finally that was it for me. I took it all back and will give someone else my business. They used to offer discount coupons but I haven't seen any in some time. Same day pick up, forget that! I am sure the owner will say that inflation is affecting the prices. That his chemicals are costing much more. Maybe they are but I will not be the one paying the increase. I will have to drive 10 or 15 minutes to the new place I will be going to. I am hopeful that they will care about my business more than Sage did. I suggest they do as I am doing and look for other chemical and supplies distributor and give them a chance. Passing everything, including a little extra profit to your customers as if we don't have choices is not a long term answer to today's challenges. Be respectful of your customers, creative, more efficient. You could always try a loyalty program.
