They definitely over charge for services. They said they took my insurance but they dont and said the insurance was kicking back claims. Scammers!

I don't normally write reviews and i don't go to the dentist often as I have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Cid and his staff are amazing! Making sure there was no discomfort and taking their time and being patient knowing about my issues. Also explained in detail what needed to be done. So far very satisfied.

Very happy with the service they help you any way they can I'm very satisfied with my experience with them. But I have to say the Practicing dentist there won't do things that you want to do. So I went to another place. where they would but the staff was great

I have now been to 2 of their locations and haven't had a good experience yet. Why go back . Bc my partial broke... then they said I needed $14,000 dollars worth of work done... "half" insurance paid "half" care credit card.. ok great... then tell me why all the work they said I needed and paid for isn't done in my mouth? They did a "cavity" on a rear tooth that had zero pain and discomfort and since they touched it, I'm having all the pain and discomfort in the tooth, went in to tell them about said pain since they refuse to call you back, where they said I was gonna have to pay another 898$ for a root canal, that's with INSURANCE who pays 70% on a root canal! Well if u hadn't touched the tooth in the first place it wouldn't be hurting today! ONLY OTHER OPTION THEY GAVE WAS PULL THE TOOTH WHICH MY PARTAIL ATTACHES TO AND START ALL OVER WITH A NEW PARTIAL!!!!! Do not go here, it's a SCAM. Doing work on teeth with no discomfort causing discomfort so you come back and pay them more money out of pocket.... Over priced procedures so you're really paying full price for the procedure and your insurance is getting used for no reason!
