        Friendly employees. Great customer service. Sometimes there is a short wait in line if you need to do banking at the counter. 2 ATM's out front and drive thru banking available.

        Ciy plant banks always have only one person serving at the counter to make a deposit, it takes up to 45 minutes.

        The bank has three ATM only one work, which is the drive-through. the bank is not doing anything to correct this issue the lines to the drive up ATM is always wrapped around the building. Very poor convenience service.
