The Cornell family is a great team and they built a wonderful home for us. Just before completion it went through Hurricane Ian and suffered minimal damage, all of which was excellently repaired. Their follow up to minor issues after we moved in has been excellent. Highly recommend.

It was a long journey, but we have finally arrived at the home of our dreams. SWFL Dream Builders were with us every step of the way, from finding our wonderful lot to designing the customizations we wanted in our forever home, and then making our dreams a reality. The Cornells were always available to answer our questions, make suggestions, give opinions, and address our concerns. Yet they always gave us the final say. They were not satisfied with anything less than perfection, and identified several (minor) defects during our final walkthrough that we might not have even noticed. Then they followed through to make everything right. If you want a unique and beautiful home from a family business that is all about the personal touch, SWFL Dream builders can make it happen!
