        Disappointed. I was looking for a new dentist because I have a crown that failed (popped off). Dr. Anderson is an In-Network provider with excellent reviews so I called to schedule an appt. I spoke with Curtis, office mgr, who indicated a replacement crown would not be covered by my insurance since the original crown was
