Called to add a vehicle to my existing policy, Matt was very helpful answering all my questions and getting me the coverage I need. The process was quick and smooth. He even answered questions I had regarding my home owners policy and questions about business insurance. It's great to be able to call in and speak to someone about all my coverage and know that they have my back when it comes to making sure all my assets are covered!

Matt I don't know his last name, but he was incredibly friendly patient kind really above And beyond it was extraordinary How he put up with me! I think I requested that he follow up with me about 10 times. It was excessive and I felt so bad about it but he was so kind about it and he did every time. I was just so overwhelmed and not ready to review the documents and sign stuff! He deserves a huge raise. You should keep this guy! he's an incredibly valuable asset to your team, and I hope you recognize him for that! Thank you so so much Matt!

Taylor was friendly and very helpful. She explained the options I have available at State Farm as well as the charges. She was patient with me when I could not access a form that I needed to sign. I feel like I know her already anhd we have only met on the phone!
