        I cannot recommend Hank and H&H Ferguson's highly enough. We contracted with them to demolish our house and garage apartment. The process was straightforward with no surprises. Hank and his team performed the demo exactly as promised and on-time. The left the property completely free of debris and provided a rough grade to help get us ready for construction. Honesty, transparency and quality work...this is what we got by working with Hank and H&H Fergusons'. The best demo company in the Tampa Bay Area, hands down!

        The team at H&H did an incredible job and at a super reasonable price. Hank and Wanda communicate well and do great work. Hank uses the CAT digger with extreme precision. Id definitely recommend using them!

        If you need a house demolition, Ferguson should be your top choice. The father and son team do remarkable work. Very detailed, precise and efficient. They took down our house, cleared the property and graded the lot in less than 3 full days to prepare us for a new home build. The neighbors were not bothered and were impressed with their professionalism and detail orientation. I would hire this team again. Great job, guys!
