        I house people and instead of having your customer go into a branch and have them write down their balance on our simple form, Wells Fargo wants you to fax the Verification of Deposit and you never get the response back. I mean never even after multiple attempts! It's pretty bad that your customers depend on YOU to do your job and you DON'T!! I hope every prospect that comes through my doors change their banking to another. Worst customer service EVER!! Ver disappointing!
