Bloomingdales is best in class. My experience here has been exceptional. We have purchased many items from this store, including the Armani suit worn to our Coronado Wedding. On one occasion, a security device was mistakenly left on one of our items. This was mostly our fault, as we were chit chatting about our wedding. Well, we live 30+ miles away. How did this company respond? They sent someone out to our home with the tool to remove the device. No questions asked. Thank you Bloomingdales for living up to the expectations of a luxury retail establishment. And thank you Tim for the service you provided, we will be making our clothing purchases at Bloomingdales for the foreseeable future thanks to you.
