I ordered a “melt” the philly it’s advertised beautifully however it’s false. It’s an overpriced sub. Lady waited until she made my sandwich to tell me they were out of bell peppers... if I’m ordering the philly that’s probably an important ingredient. They don’t put it in what I refer to as a panini press they just toast it “?” Like I said it’s an over priced sub. Do better subway

Subway employee was horrible. She was extremely rude. She helped 8 clients ahead of me using the same gloves and at the same time taking their forms of payment with those same gloves while making their food. When it was my turn I asked her politely to change her gloves and she rolled her eyes and started huffing. Does she not understand that we are not only in a global pandemic but also that many people of allergies to certain foods? This is ridiculous. They need to let her go and get better management. I work in retail and I myself understand the struggle but I know better to keep myself as well as other safe. Don’t go there. Especially if you have a compromised immune system. Cause obviously they don’t care.
