UPDATE!
Got email...congratulations Montana has accepted your tax return! I was not in Montana in 2022. Called HR BLOCK...supposed to fix and call me Monday!
UPDATE!
As of last Tuesday Pam said I would receive a 65 dollar refund due to the Montana state return which should have not been filed in the first place. As of Tuesday 2/21/23 I have not received a check or any communication as to them having fixed the problem!
UPDATE!
Received call saying she amended Montana state return and is holding my paperwork at office! Still no 65 dollar refund check yet after approximately 9 days!
