My experience of purchasing a home in 2021. Updates. In my personal opinion, I wish I knew more about other mobile home dealers other than ironwood based on the experience Ive had with them. I wish I wouldve told them to take back the trailer upon delivery, based on the condition it was delivered and how it took 1 year for the company to come out and fix everything listed and even to this date, this home still doesnt look new after they fixed everything by using spit and glue. The pictures Posted are on delivery date. Failed communication, fees, continuous failed inspections have always been a headache, and also the home riddled with mold. :( If I didnt call and speed up the process, it wouldve been longer than a year to actually move in. Date of delivery 7-16 actually day I moved in 11-27. Months of chasing around Felicia to actually conduct business since she mentioned she never worked a contract with levy county. Save yourself a headache, and go to another company.

Mike has to be the most helpful dealer In the state and his salesman Taylor was amazing with our kids during the 2 hours that we were discussing our options. No wonder they sell so many new homes.

Was unable to locate parts number for replacement kitchen lights management helped my husband and I with this. Highly recommend these homes and this team.

Taylor is amazing! He goes above and beyond for his customers. He makes sure everything is done and done correctly, so that you can relax and truly enjoy your new home!! Customer Service and professionalize are top notch!!
