        Update: Nothing has changed. Broke down and bought burgers for the family. Make sure you specify that you want the condiments on the inside of the sandwich. I didn't realize it was an option. But ours were on the wrapper and bun. I guess it's like a dipping wrapper. The drive thru attendant had an attitude for the grill/griddle, not interacting with customers. It was a horrible customer service experience. Old review: I stopped coming here a long time ago after they just couldn't get my order right four visits in a row. The last time the guy had an attitude about me coming back inside to get it right so I decided to let my wallet talk by not going back.

        My husband a d I ordered 2 burgers. The burgers were cold to the taste and not prepared how we ordered. Will not visit this Hardee's again.
