The medical side can't keep doctors. Every time you find one they leave. The receptionist is very rude and doesn't want to help you. They suppose to have same day appointment good luck on getting appointment. I like dr. Terri

Doctor Bergquist showed me everything I needed to know to make my own decisions. He explained how other dentists would try to do things differently to make more money. The staff here is very professional and they have a BRAND NEW OFFICE

This is the details I wanna share...I am really sick I was diagnosed with achalasia and haven't been able to eat or even drink much iam dehydrated and has lost alot of weight in months . it was written in my after visit summery that iam have no weezing or crackling in lungs went to uf health the day after i was told I do have weezing and crackling..didn't have any orders for me to check never done blood work she never even checked me out but in my file said all is fine ...will be finding me another Dr..ooh and another thing the front desk lady was really rude and had a bad attitude slammed paper I gave her when I was leaving

Last visit I underwent 4 painful unnecessary x-rays. The dental assistant was extremely brutal and sadistic in placing the camera in my mouth. Apparently, she never even looked at why I was there, which was a mere follow-up. Ignorant and cruel is how I would characterize this assistant, so I will never go back. Ionizing radiation from unnecessary x-rays is no joke.
