Perry Family Dental and Implants

Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Most likely not going to return. First, they refused to allow my Registered Service Dog in. Next, I had an appointment at 2, didn't leave until after 4 and all they did was 1 full mouth x-ray. They are not very organized. Should have suggested I have my x-rays transferred instead of having to sit and wait for them while I was there. Then I had to wait on the Dentist to look in my mouth. At the end, was given an estimate of what everything would cost. Even though my insurance pays 100% and I never have a copay, they expect me to pay the difference between what they charge and what insurance allows. Why don't they tell you this before you waste so much time??? I've never had to pay for a covered expense so I'm definitely not returning! Thanks for wasting my day. I lost a days pay that I can't afford. Definitely don't recommend this practice!

So far I am very disappointed. My teeth do not fit. But Jackie insist that I wear them. My bottom teeth will not stay in as a matter of fact they won't even stay in my mouth. I can't eat anything except very soft foods it has been this way since 12/02/23. I have so many bone pieces in my gums.. Jackie made me an appointment for 2/10/24. So I have to go that much longer without eating but soft food. I couldn't even eat my Christmas dinner. Thank you Phyllis Leggett

I would never give a raving review of a dental office, but this one deserves it. I had a great experience and was very comfortable.
