Perry KOA Holiday

We stayed at this KOA in a cabin late March 2024. Three nights. Highly disappointed at the arrogance of the staff. Reported to KOA corporate and they dropped the ball, passing the buck. My husband is disabled and there is no ADA at the pool. But, implying that we lied and didnt complain about having cold water in our shower and a faucet that needed to be repaired is ridiculous. We complained each day and at check out too. Their small cabin was overpriced to begin with and then personally telling us it would have to be repaired after we checked out proved there was a problem. He came to the cabin and did nothing . We asked for a discount because of having no hot water at over a 100 a night and theyve basically ignored us. An acceptable discount for three nights didnt seem an inappropriate question to ask. Would not recommend at all and weve been koa members for years . Not friendly and basically taking money for services stated and not given

We stayed here a while back, shortly after Brian & Debby acquired it. To say they have made HUGE improvements, would be an understatement! We loved our simple pull-thru site. I walk at 5:30am and the paved well lite roads made me feel safe and comfortable for my 4+ miles! Great job! Keep up the good work! We will be back! Back again and even more improvements! Nearby activities: Walking distance to the Captitol State Forest Museum! Walkability: Paved roads make walking a breeze!

As a koa the bathrooms are a step above one room bathroom and shower
