Locally owned and operated, Rustic Shears is co-owned by Christy Wilson and La'Untrice Simmons. Both ladies have over 10 years experience in cosmetology, and have serviced all walks of life during their careers. They are most known through their tenure at SmartStyle, the corporate owned salon formally located inside of the Perry Walmart. Another part of the Rustic Shears family is stylist Farraje Allen. All 3 women are of Christian faith, which is very important to them and hope to use their salon as a means to share God's love with their clients and surrounding community. They have provided donation run Free Food Shelf in front of their business to support anybody who needs it. (Oftentimes clothes, toys, diapers and much more are donated and put on the shelf, also. All free)

Rustic Shears offers a slew of services for women, men and children. Including shampoo/conditioning services, haircuts, styles, perms, relaxers, color, speciality colors & techniques, facial waxing, conditioning treatments and more.

Farraje Dionne c/o Anais Hair Design LLC is also located in Rustic Shears Salon. She is a master stylist & educator who offers all of the aforementioned services, as well as makeup services, silk presses, lace fronts, wig installs and more.
