Went to them for the 1st time and glad I did. Alyssa & TJ were very friendly, courteous and professional. They provided me with options that would best fit my needs. I brought in a couple of my own shirts, purchased a few from them and got all 5 of them embroidered for work. I was very happy the way they came out. Will def use then for future embroidery. The uniforms come out great and their turnaround time is not bad for how busy they are. But their store is very packed as its a lot of inventory, staff and customers in a small space. I recommend going with time and with patience when trying to order specific items!

Bad service on orders, they send you a text to say that you can look for part of the order and when it arrives I wait an hour until the store opens and once with the lady who serves you she tells me that the order was not there, it was in the I told him at the child's school that that was not correct and after searching for a while among so many packages of order balls he said that mine was there but that it was not ready, I don't understand why they send a text telling me that it is ready to pick up a part and in the end I drive from so far to be told no, in my experience nothing pleasant to be honest, perhaps with purchases there in the store they are different but in orders there is a lack of service.
