        Best tonkotsu ramen we've had since moving from Seattle. The broth had a great flavor, not too oily or salty, and the pork was fried crispy. The bubble tea and doughnuts were also great. We will be back here soon.

        Theres a lot of love in Yumes food. I have had ramen in California and New York and they are the best Ive had. The cooks are passionate about their craft! Its a little pricey but the money goes toward the ingredients, their cutlery, and containers. They are willing to pay more for for a better experience. 1000% recommend this to anyone who wants to try ramen.
