Extremely disappointed I have several good standing accounts with this bank for over a year. This weekend I purchased a vehicle and naturally wanted to finance through my bank. To my surprise, I was denied because of a missmark on my credit for a $198 that is in dispute and being removed. I will be taking my money and business elsewhere. Thank you Bank of America for taking care of me!

The app and the website is a mess, simply you will need 20 min to pay your loan and check your account because both are too slow.

I got tricked into an " over draft protection " scam by this team . Tell said its protection in case you have insufficient funds. They didnt tell you they will charge you 30 $ every transaction. They charge me $30 for a transaction of $2 , $5 , $10. I am shocked and telephone customer service was worse and said I signed in agreement virtually 5 years ago except that's impossible cause that's when I finished my auto loan. I started years before that . They charged me 7 times totaling in $210 in fees and 90 over drafted in those 7 transactions. What kind of protection is this? It's a scan when they call it that. I asked for this years paperwork for proof and they did I signed this in 2017 which is impossible because this account was in active for the last 5 years. They said it was virtual sign but how did I sign if I just canceled my auto loan . A loan that started in 2014. They wouldn't give me a straight answer and said I signed this agreement online. I wanted to up load a photo imagine but the company locked me out of my account when I called to complain through the customer service line. I can't even log in now
