        It is first come first serve. I got there at 9:15. They open at 9. I was the 6 person on the list. 6 hours later still waiting. Its just extremely unprofessional. I had to leave. Its just unprofessional. They kept saying 2 more hours. I understand its busy cause its tax season but thats not ok. 6 hours waiting is not ok. The response is all you guys need to know!

      Sorry to hear that you feel that way but just check the list and you were number 11 on the list and we actually open on this particular day at 8.30 this morning. This is a first come bases. And to be honest never been called unprofessional
