    The company has a great bunch of sales representatives. We weren't pressured to make a purchase. We were presented with the best price for our budget. The product is better quality than the other window companies that has displayed their product. We are happy to have NewSouth Window Solutions as our provider for windows.

    We replaced the windows in our condo in October. So far we have had great service from the ladies on the phone to the installers. I have noticed the noise reduction already. We did get the Hurricane style so they are thicker I understand. I still feel they were a great improvement along with a great piece of mind for us during future storms. They promise no worries because every part of these windows can be replaced for life. They were a bit costly and many other window companies have lower prices but Our sales man Tommy aka Johnny was the reason for our purchase. As of today I am extremely satisfied with these windows. I already had a slight issue that has been taking care of, with no fuss. Stay tuned, I'll keep you updated. Gulf Shores, AL

    Disappointing customer service. When my wife and I moved to Pensacola, we went to the NewSouth showroom on Davis as we needed a new front door on the house we just bought...while the lady at the store was somewhat helpful, NO ONE ever called us back....we bought the front door from another company...Fast Forward to today, I tried to set up an appointment to get an estimate on 6 windows to be replaced. After spending about 10 minutes with the person at their call center...I was informed both my wife and I would have to be there...MAJOR inconvenience.....When I explained that it would just be me, he said SHE would have to be there as well.....Marking them off the list for any future work. Not very customer service friendly.

    I really did not want to write a review about my experience with NEW SOUTH WINDOWS, but I have been left with no choice. So we had the rep come over and the estimate was to replace 3 sliding glass doors and a exterior door, all of which were on our balcony deck. We have a direct southern exposure, live on the water so we needed impact rated doors. I / we were happy with what we were going to purchase. So into this process I get a message, and several messages that I needed to get an HOA approval letter, that the doors could not be ordered until they had this HOa approval letter. Ok, I submitted to my HOA and it took a very long time to finally get this approval letter. Up until then I received several emails about this letter, again stating they could not order until it was received. So the reason for these replacements was due to another manufacturer doing a suppar install and we had taken legal action against them. Long story short, we were in litigation in regards to the current doors being installed improperly. I finally did receive the HOA letter, and again received another message about needing this letter to order windows. I finally told them after I received the letter, I was gonna hold off on sending it, and that we were in litigation about our current sliders and door, and not sure when this would all be resolved. So time went on, and then one day, I received an email, saying that the doors have arrived, and they wanted to schedule an install date. My reply back was, what doors? I specifically told them that I was in litigation, not sure of the outcome, and that I was not going to send the HOA approval letter, which they told me they needed before any doors could be ordered, until this was resolved. Well several times I get this call, and email about scheduling an install date. I said to them this was not going to happen, and stated the reasons again. So long story short, the litigation was resolved, and unfortunately we are not going to install NEW SOUTH doors. So I had asked for my deposit back, and it has been several weeks of asking for this, I even called my company rep about these doors and he even told me he did not know they had been ordered, and neither did I. So still to this day, I have not received my deposit back, for doors I did not order, yet they want to keep my money they say to possibly see if they can be used some other place. I totally understood that these would not be ordered until they had this approval letter. My question is, what if the approval letter was declined, then what? So I am not happy about this process, my intentions were honest and true and this is what happens. I just want to receive my deposit back, and go on my merry way. I did want to have some picture windows replaced, but now I cant even get anyone to come out or even give me a quote. Yet they still have my money. Now, after reading some of these other disastrous reviews, maybe this was an indication of there crappy customer service, not just with me, but with others as well. Their Market President, Tana Tedrick, who said I should wait for a couple of days to see if these doors, which they ordered prematurely, can be used some other place. One would think, that she needs to get her customer service in order, and again, not just me, but others as well. I will find another window company, just because after reading others horror stories, I don't want them installing a bathroom door for me. Again, my intentions were true and very honest. Their intentions are deceitful and dishonest... Just read the reviews, and you will notice they mostly reply back to the good one's, and only a couple of the bad ones.
