Rented a truck cause mine was in shop and it took longer than expected and ins. Didnt cover my truck woek so i had to pay $4,000 out of pocket .i explained this to the home depo ppl and brought $1,700 and told them id have remainder in one wk and they would nkt take a parcial payment even if the truck had roaches in it bad and they new about it . The guy with the golf hat on is the cause of mkst their problems with his better thsn you additude...

asked the worker what all I need to rent the Kubota tractor. he said all I need is a half ton truck I borrowed a truck and drove an hour to get there, then he said he needed the registration to the truck wich was not in there. I was trying to come up with solutions and he was rude and refused to come up with any solution that didn't require me driving an hour to get registration. and then he got an attitude when I asked if he could hold the tractor long enough for me to go get the registration.

Rented a 35 ft boom lift. The guy at the counter didn't assist with hitching it to the truck, check the lights, or verify that the lift actually worked. Left the lock laying on the lift. What happened to good customer service??
