        I did my taxes with Walter in 2020 and 2021. In November 2021 I received a letter from the IRS stating we where being audited for our 2020 taxes and that we owe 12,000. We where told we paid for audit protection on the fee we where charged when we filed our return. Since November we have been trying to communicate with Tax Reliance and Walter through his direct number in which he has blocked both mine and my husbands number and has not returned any of our messages or emails. He has completely ghosted us!! His office originally was in Orlando and then relocated to Pensacola to which we now have to travel to to try and get some answers. As we could not access our return through their portal we had to get a copy from the IRS website and discovered they put items on there we where unaware of and have no knowledge of which is why we are being audited. I DO NOT recommend you do your taxes with this company!!
