My original application and reconsideration were both denied. When it was time to appeal for a hearing I contacted Nick Ortiz Law Firm. Best thing I have ever done. Tory Nelson walked me through the whole process. She was always there to answer my questions and help in any way she could. Definitely recommend this law firm.

I am still in shock! I was Approved for Social Security disability! Thanks to my attorney, Mr. Ortiz. I live in Georgia his practice is in Florida and he was able to get me approved in less than six months of taking on my case. He made sure my minor kids will be getting benefits also. I am so thankful for him and his well informed staff. I give his practice 5 stars.

I would like to start off by saying Thank you to Mr. Nick Ortiz & Mrs. Tory along with the rest of the team. From the first day I contacted Mr. Ortiz he was very confidant. I was very discouraged in my claims. Mr. Ortiz gave me hope and made me feel as if I had a chance and he stated he will be with me along the ride as he did. Tory was very helpful throughout the process and a great listener, and she always gave me the courage and the strength I needed to not give up on the process . After-all thats said and done, If Nick takes your case, trust and believe he feels as though it will be a successful ending or he wouldnt take it.
