      image Beware if you use this place for U Haul services. I booked a U Haul, NOT at this place .. U Haul moved my reservation to this POS place. The U Haul rep failed to inform me that there was a set number of miles for my trip from Pensacola to North Carolina and I was only made aware of it when I turned in the U Haul 5 days later and received a bill for additional mileage. When I questioned the rep about it, he first tried to pawn me off on the U Haul I turned it in to but when I told him he was the person I signed the contract with he told me he did not have to go over that with me.

      Thank You for informing us of your situation. As a Uhaul Authorized Dealer, we have no control over Uhaul pricing or mileage. All of these parameters are set my Uhaul and cannot be changed by dealers. As our team members previously discussed with you, Uhaul displays the included mileage when you make a reservation; and again is included on your Uhaul contract that you sign upon checkout with the truck. Uhaul also includes a generous amount of extra mileage above the standard trip to cover any minor route changes necessary. As we previously informed you, your best course of action to get assistance with the charges is to contact Uhaul customer service directly as they are the only ones who can adjust mileage overage charges once a contract has been completed.
