      image We hit Jaime's Local Seafood Shack after a fishing trip with Entertainer Charters. They cooked up our catch (mostly vermillion snapper) on the spot giving us a variety of fried, blackened, and grilled fish with some outstanding sides (the fries were great but the coleslaw with pineapple and hushpuppies stole the show). Service was friendly, eating from the dock after a long day on the boat was relaxing, and we loved seeing the young man helping out his mom while she worked! We'll definitely make this a regular stop when we're back to visit!
