Brad Carrigan was a fantastic Realtor to work with for me and my family, He went above and beyond showing me something like 10 houses in one day! He was available for communication day and night, He definitely wasn't one of those agents that just see's you as a paycheck and he certainly wasn't above putting in the leg work to make our dream happen. He's friendly and responsive and hard working. He even showed up to our closing even though agents aren't required to show and if you can believe it he showed up at my house after his workout and helped my unload my U-Haul because I didn't know anyone else in the area to ask! Amazing guy to work with!

The people in this office are rude and arrogant. I love KW but I felt this organization didnt compare to the KW offices Ive worked with in the past. Update: so the snarky reply to my comment only validates my original statement. When someone calls your office then your operations and broker are responsible for the interaction. When someone has a bad experience with one of your agents. Your broker is responsible. It doesnt matter if the agent is a contractor. Trying to invalidate someones voiced concern to make yourself look better is not customer service.
